History, the present, and future perspectives converge in one intriguing evening.

Five performers create specific situations, guided by a search for alternative social and political narratives. Each relationship and figure embodies a distinct political system. These systems are built using simple yet powerful elements: bodies, gestures, sound, distance, simplicity, and abstraction. The result is a continuous reorganisation of structures, inviting spectators to engage critically with the unfolding dynamics.

Walking Piece draws inspiration from Yvonne Rainer’s The Mind Is a Muscle, a groundbreaking performance structured in chapters. Rainer’s work explored themes like democracy and the everyday, which became foundational for the movement vocabulary in this piece.
