Inspired by Hermann Hesse’s short story “The City”, this performance reflects a tale of cities built, abandoned, reclaimed by nature, and rebuilt in an endless cycle.

The piece unfolds as a stream of fragmented movements, sounds, and images—oscillating between catastrophe and intimacy. Dance, sound, and set design exist in a constant state of flux, perpetually constructed and then dismantled, mirroring the story’s themes of creation and decay.
